EULA - End User License Agreement

This software license agreement (the "agreement") between you (either an individual or an entity, referred to hereinafter as "you" or "your") and NiX myproxylists.com. ("NiX", "we", "us", "our" or myproxylists.com) regarding NiX's software known as NiX and any updates, features, enhancements, bug fixes or modifications of NiX version 1.x (collectively, the "software") and any related services and content ("services") that may be provided by us under this agreement.

The software and documentation are offered AS IS and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY express or implied,
including but not limited to warranty of design, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software or documentation, even if we or our representative have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may not delete or in any manner alter the copyright notices, trademarks, images, logos or related notices, or other proprietary rights notices of the software.

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of all or any portion of the software.

NiX does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free.

We have the sole and exclusive right and license to the software and the software is being licensed, not sold, to you by NiX for use only under the terms of this agreement. NiX grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to download, access, install and use a single instance of the software on a single domain name for non-commercial purposes only. NiX and/or its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the software itself and reserve all rights not expressly granted herein. All rights in and to the software shall inure to the use and benefit of NiX and/or its licensors, successors and assigners. The source code to the software ("source code") is encoded and it may not be modified by licensed users.
